1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone and delivery address, order contents, payment method, site language and, if present, the ad or post you came from (for example Instagram or TikTok).
• Payment: card details are processed only by Stripe. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
• Technical data: a shortened, irreversibly hashed record of your IP address to prevent abuse, and the number of e-book downloads.
• Translation list: your email and preferred language, if you sign up.
• In your browser we keep your country, currency and excerpt-reader settings. They stay on your device and are not used for tracking.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performing the contract: delivering the book, taking payment, sending the e-book, support.
• Legal obligations: accounting and tax law.
• Your consent: the translation list and advertising-measurement cookies.
• Legitimate interest: preventing abuse and basic order statistics.

4. Advertising-measurement cookies

Only if you allow it in the notice on the site do we load Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics, to measure how much ads contribute to sales. Without your permission none of them is loaded. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's data in your browser; we will then ask again.

5. Who receives data

Stripe (payments), courier and postal services (delivery), the publisher in Serbia for orders shipped from Serbia, our hosting and email providers, our accountant and, only with your consent, Meta, TikTok and Google. Some of them process data outside the European Union, for example in the USA, under the safeguards the law provides (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Delivery data for Serbia and the region is transferred because it is necessary to perform the contract.

6. How long we keep data

Order data is kept as long as accounting and tax law requires, at most 10 years. Translation-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the translation is published.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@pogresanizbor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the data protection authority of your country.
